Welcome to ClubHop. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClubHop Inc. governing your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, and nightlife discovery services.
Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy
ClubHop maintains absolute zero tolerance for harassment, stalking, hate speech, non-consensual sexual content, or aggressive behavior. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination and an irrevocable device hardware ban.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal drinking and nightlife age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account or use ClubHop. By registering, you warrant that you are of legal age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration & Verification
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information on your profile. You may not impersonate any person or entity, or use photos that do not belong to you. ClubHop reserves the right to require selfie photo verification to confirm authenticity before enabling community features.
3. Community Standards & Code of Conduct
As a condition of using ClubHop, you agree that you will not:
- Harass, intimidate, stalk, threaten, or demean any member.
- Send unsolicited sexually explicit, pornographic, or violent images.
- Discriminate based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or disability.
- Attempt to identify or reveal another user’s exact GPS coordinates or private residence.
- Use the VIP hosting features to solicit commercial prostitution, drug transactions, or illegal nightclub entry.
- Create multiple fraudulent accounts or bypass a previous hardware ban.
4. Device Hardware Bans
To protect our women-first social space, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that severe breaches of our safety standards (including sexual harassment or threats) authorize ClubHop to record cryptographic hashes of device hardware identifiers to permanently prevent the offending device from accessing our network.
5. VIP Tables & Section Hosting Disclaimer
ClubHop provides communication tools to facilitate introductions between hosts and nightlife attendees. ClubHop does not own, operate, or sell nightclub tables, nor do we guarantee venue admission. Admission is strictly subject to venue bouncers, management dress codes, and local legal guidelines. Hosts retain complete discretion to accept or decline guests.
6. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Premium features (such as Invisible Mode and advanced discovery filters) are available through optional auto-renewing subscriptions processed exclusively via:
- Apple In-App Purchases: Managed through your Apple ID account settings.
- Google Play Billing: Managed through your Google Play Store account settings.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. No third-party payment processors or Stripe gateways are utilized.
7. In-Person Safety & Limitation of Liability
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in-person at nightlife venues. ClubHop strongly urges all members to practice safety: meet in public club venues, arrange independent transportation, and never leave your drinks unattended.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CLUBHOP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONDUCT AT THIRD-PARTY VENUES.
