1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide an authentic, safe social nightlife platform:

• Account & Profile Information: Name, phone number or social login token, age, bio, profile photos, dancing styles, and music preferences.
• Approximate Location: With your permission, your device provides location data which is immediately truncated to a neighborhood/district level (e.g. "SoHo, NYC"). We never record fine-grain GPS tracks.
• Ephemeral Activity: Your "Going Out Tonight" status, club check-ins, and VIP hosting listings.
• Safety & Verification Data: Selfie verification photos used strictly to confirm that your profile picture corresponds to your authentic identity.
• Device & Hardware Identifiers: Non-reversible hashed hardware identifiers used solely for enforcing device-level hardware bans against users who commit sexual harassment, abuse, or safety violations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following legitimate purposes:

• Facilitating discovery of people and VIP tables nearby without disclosing specific residential or GPS addresses.
• Operating safe 1-on-1 chats with photo-exchange verification controls.
• Processing voluntary subscriptions and purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play Billing.
• Investigating abuse, enforcing hardware-level bans, and protecting our women-first community.

3. Geolocation & Location Privacy Protection

ClubHop was architected with a strict neighborhood-level privacy barrier:

• Exact latitude and longitude are never visible to other members.
• Your location updates are only triggered during active app usage while your "Going Out Tonight" status is active.
• When you turn off "Going Out Tonight" or when 18 hours elapse, your active proximity signal is wiped from the discovery query.

4. Messaging & Photo Safeguards

Direct messages between members are private. To protect users from unsolicited or graphic imagery, photos sent inside conversations remain blurred until the recipient explicitly accepts the photo request. We scan media using automated safety heuristics to prevent illegal or non-consensual content.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Information

ClubHop utilizes Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) and Google Play Billing (Android) exclusively. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card or financial details directly. All transactions are governed by the respective terms of Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have complete sovereignty over your data. You may delete your account and all associated profile images, matches, and chat histories at any time directly inside the ClubHop app via Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently purged from our active Firestore database within 24 hours, except for hashed hardware bans retained solely to prevent banned offenders from re-registering.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
