End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is between you and ClubHop Inc. ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using ClubHop from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users within ClubHop. Users who post abusive, sexually explicit, defamatory, harassing, or illegal content will be ejected immediately and their device hardware permanently banned.
1. Grant of License
ClubHop Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ClubHop application on iOS and Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial social networking and nightlife coordination purposes.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Zero-Tolerance Policy
ClubHop includes features allowing members to create posts, send messages, post VIP table sections, and share media. By using ClubHop, you expressly acknowledge and agree:
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: You will not transmit objectionable, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racially offensive, threatening, or illegal material.
- Immediate Removal: Any user-generated content flagged as objectionable or abusive will be acted upon within 24 hours of reporting by our safety team.
- User Ejection & Bans: Any user found to have submitted abusive content will be permanently banned from the platform and disqualified from future account registration via hardware device identifier blacklisting.
3. Built-In Moderation, Blocking & Reporting Tools
ClubHop equips all members with native safety tools accessible at all times:
- Instant Block: You can block any member from their profile or active chat with 1 tap. Blocked members cannot view your status, discover your profile, or message you.
- In-App Flagging: You can flag any message, photo, profile, or VIP table post directly within the application with predefined reporting categories.
- Human Review Desk: Flagged content is queued for triage by our human moderation team within 24 hours.
4. Subscriptions & Apple / Google In-App Purchases
Certain features of ClubHop are offered as premium auto-renewing subscriptions ("ClubHop VIP").
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
- No external web payment processors or third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe) are used for mobile features.
5. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated by you or ClubHop Inc. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete it from your devices.
6. Third-Party Beneficiaries (Apple & Google)
You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc., and its subsidiaries, and Google LLC, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
